Kim Ballantyne – Client Manager, Director of Marketing

As our Client Manager, Kim helps clients move through our 6-Step Process by overseeing our Client Services, Case Planning, Underwriting and Compliance departments. She’s also an expert at coordinating the office schedule, processing advisory fee agreements and working with clients to collect planning documents and preparing them for analysis. Most importantly, she builds strong relationships with clients during their 6-Step Process, which enhances their experience with our team, and their ultimate satisfaction.

Another role Kim fills is Director of Marketing. As such, she uses her creative skills to coordinate ongoing webinars, vendor events, trade shows, newsletters, speaking engagements and our company website. She also assists with joint venture projects, thus creating more opportunities for clients to enlarge and diversify their financial team.

Kim holds a Bachelor degree in Liberal Studies with a concentration in History and Social Sciences from California State University, Long Beach. In 2008, she earned her Life and Disability license through the State of California, and is currently working on her LTC (Long Term Care) certification, along with her Series 65 license. When she’s not working, Kim enjoys movies, scrap booking, taking trips to Lake Havasu and spending time with boyfriend Justin, friends and family.

Tyler Banta – Para Planner

As our team’s Para Planner, Tyler has the responsibility of inputting clients on the Wealth Management System and educating them on how to successfully navigate through the system. Working diligently alongside our licensed agents, he facilitates client progression throughout the Conaway system. He works closely with client services, marketing and underwriting, thus ensuring each client receives the individualized service he or she deserves.

Tyler Banta holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance from California State University, Fullerton. Tyler is currently working toward his Series 7 and 66 Licenses, and has been a professional real estate investor since 2004. Owning two rental properties has given him a wealth of invaluable experience, while also educating him on critical tax, business and investment strategies. Tyler has strong family values and is a proud father to his only son, Devyn. His passion for his work is expressed in his follow-through and dedication to the Conaway team and clients.

Seanna Boyle – Client Service Coordinator

As a Client Services Coordinator, Seanna facilitates a wide range of client needs and requests, while assisting with marketing, events and the underwriting process. She also spends time coordinating travel arrangements and scheduling upcoming trips for Jim and Lorraine. Her experience processing TICs and REITs has made her an invaluable member of the Conaway team.

Seanna graduated from La Mirada High School in 2002 and earned her Associate Degree from Orange Coast Community College. She’s continuing her education at California State University, Long Beach, where she’s working toward a Bachelor Degree in Interpersonal Communications.

Julie Clark – Processor

Julie joined Conaway & Conaway in October, 2007, and expertly processes investment paperwork and associated details. She’s also working on obtaining her Life and Disability License, along with her Series 65.

Julie Clark graduated from Fullerton High School in 1987, and currently attends Fullerton College, where she’s working toward her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She has been happily married since 2002 to her husband of seven years, Shane. They have two daughters and one son. In her spare time, Julie enjoys painting, spending time with her family and frequent trips to the beach.

Courtney DeLong – Administrative Assistant

As the Administrative Assistant at Conaway & Conaway, Courtney handles many of our office’s everyday responsibilities, including data entry, reports and project assistance.

She graduated from Brea Olinda High School in 2009 and is currently attending California State University, Fullerton, as she works toward earning her Bachelor degree in Liberal Studies.
